One on One Personal Training

My one on one Personal Training can either be done here in Brisbane (at the studio) or online via skype.

One on One Personal Training

Here I coach a lady who is 1,000 klm from me.  We may never meet in person, but I am coaching her one on one. Personal Training does not need to be limited to the gym. She is in her kitchen, in her own home.  I speak to her about her individual goals, her programme, my principles, and what we are going to achieve this week.  I design your individual programme, and then you do it in your own time.

Your one on one personal training program will be custom made to fit your health needs and fitness goals.

I will give you access to a 4 week strength and fitness for women program. Download this FREE ebook now.

One on One Personal Training

It is my hope that you will find this report a valuable tool in helping you find the right personal trainer for you. I put this report together to equip you with the knowledge of finding the right one on one personal trainer for you. In the report I advise how to avoid hiring and subjecting yourself to working with the wrong personal trainer. As this will always lead to frustration and possibly injury.

Understanding these myths and misconceptions will eliminate a great deal of trepidation and even fear when looking for and hiring a one on one personal trainer.

Of course every training routine should be specifically designed for the individual client and may vary in terms of its general components. Remember the personal trainer should fit the lady to the task, and not the task to the lady.

One on One Personal Training – My Approach

There is an initial interview process where you will have an opportunity to get a feel for whether or not you will get along as coach and client. Respect for your coach is absolutely critical to your success. The best personal trainer to hire is the one others have given great testimonials or there are some decent before and after photos. Some proof to suggest your trainer is getting RESULTS!

One on One Personal Training – My Background

I am an independent Strength and Conditioning Coach NOT affiliated with any fitness facility. I am accredited through the Australian Weightlifting Federation as a Level 2 – State Coach. I have to carry professional liability insurance, and the AWF accredits me every 2 years. In other words, I didn’t download my Personal Trainer certificate. In some circumstances I may request a medical clearance prior to the commencement of training, as you won’t be doing 2k bicep curls like every other woman out there.

One on One Personal Training – The 3 C’s

One on One

Personal Training is all about risking the unknown for even if the path is clearly marked, you may have never walked it before. This can appear overwhelming and terrifying. That chance requires an unreasonable degree of commitment. A one on one personal trainer will clear the mental chatter, and set forth a new direction for you.

One on One

Personal Training should make the harder decisions for you.  The greater number of options you give yourself, the more difficult (Hick’s Law), it is for you to make that decision.  And as you know to make a decision amidst many choices requires will-power.

One on One

Personal Training will achieve change for you.  But this doesn’t mean it no longer requires your attentional stamina. Like remaining flexible, embracing your change means living every moment anew, and refusing to fall back into prior, inflexible patterns.

You must with courage, renew your vow each day to BE the betterment you dedicated yourself to achieve. Be unreasonable. Be brave. Be the better you.

One on one personal training is a must for the woman who wants to change the way they exercise FOREVER.
